Michael Schiltz

Co-Founder & CEO

Michael began his career of business development in the construction industry and soon after crossed over into the Energy and Technology fields.

In 2012, he joined an entrepreneurial venture in the crude oil midstream. Michael was responsible for new revenue generation as well as plant engineering and operations, building and leading a team to oversee the company’s crude oil blending facility.

In 2020, Michael began bitcoin mining. With his background in energy and engineering, he quickly learned the value that bitcoin mining could bring to power generation.

In February of 2021, Lionshield was formed to explore bitcoin mining and its effects on the energy markets resulting in a partnership between Lionshield and Alpha Tech Research Corporation that is the core of the SurePower solution.

Jamil Glenn

Co-Founder & CMO

Jamil began his career pursuing marketing opportunities with major retailers (Best Buy, American Standard, and Hershey Trust Company) where he created and led digital teams to increase brand visibility.

In 2014, Jamil transitioned to mergers and acquisitions, helping small to midsize companies increase valuations in preparation for acquisition.

In 2016, Jamil started Glenn Acquisitions where he began acquiring, positioning, and selling off assets within the revenue range of 200k - 500k.

Lauren Adalfio

Co-Founder and CFO

Lauren is a CPA with experience that spans across multiple industries. She began her career in public accounting and then transitioned to working as an internal Controller.

Most recently she has focused on partnering with start-up and small businesses to provide data organization, process design and improvement, controller services, and financial reporting.

A personal investor in bitcoin since 2018, Lauren has since specialized in bitcoin-focused accounting and has a keen interest in how bitcoin can transform the financial sectors.
